In today's tough real estate market, there are far more sellers than buyers.
NationalBLS helps you get proactive and avoid chasing the market downward.
The old rules of "stand and sell" no longer apply. Take control and focus your efforts on relevant prospective buyers and investors.
NationalBLS allows you to privately negotiate transactions without publicly dropping the price. |

Why does it cost money to make a reverse offer? |
| |
| 1) |
Making reverse offers is usually free if you are doing so through an agent. |
| |
|
| 2) |
Offer spam! Good offers are accepted and bad ones aren't; charging for offers prevents spam. |
| |
|
| 3) |
NationalBLS buyers are approved, authenticated home buyers. This is the only central, national database where you can find them. |
|
|
| You may need to make a few reverse offers, but be selective and make sure that the buyer's criteria matches those of your home. |
| |
| |
How much does it cost to make a reverse offer? |
| |
| Offer prices vary based on the authentication status of the buyer and the price level of the reverse offer (not the list price of the home). |
NationalBLS Reverse Offer prices are calculated as follows:
(Authentication Value) + (Price Level) = Reverse Offer Price
| Where (Authentication Value) = |
$20 if buyer is authenticated;
$10 otherwise |
And (Price Level) = $3 x (every $100k of home value, rounded)
Example: Authenticated buyer and a $412,000 price level:
($20 for Authentication) + ($3x4 = $12 for price level) = $32 |

How it Works |
| |
| 1) |
Search for prospective buyers or investors based on property type, location, budget, and other requirements including number of bedrooms, garage, etc. Example |
| |
|
| 2) |
| Quickly register to submit a private reverse offer to a buyer by the following methods: |
| |
| a) |
Submit a reverse offer via an agent: NationalBLS endorses the use of an agent in transactions as important as selling a property. Agents registered with NationalBLS can view additional buyer details and their offer history. Example To find a local registered agent, click here. |
| |
|
| b) |
Submit a reverse offer yourself. You can make reverse offers to buyers even if you don't have an agent. Example |
|
|
| |
|
| 3) |
You are immediately notified by NationalBLS when your offer is viewed, and when a decision is made to accept, hold, or reject If a buyer rejects your offer, you will receive feedback as to why your offer was rejected. If the buyer holds your offer, the buyer is looking for further details on your property. If the buyer accepts your offer, the buyer agrees to move forward that that price. While non-binding, the price is meant to serve as a starting point for negotiations. ? your offer. A buyer must view offers in order of receipt. If your reverse offer is not viewed in 20 days, or the buyer's account otherwise turns out to be illegitimate, you will receive a full refund for the Offer Credits or cash paid for your offer. |
| |
|
| 4) |
When your reverse offer is accepted, the buyer will release his or her details in order to complete the transaction. NationalBLS does not intervene with the transaction or take a commission. Your reverse offer is private, and only the buyer can see which seller made the offer. You can make multiple offers, but if an offer is accepted, the buyer will know you have other offers pending. |
