You place a simple widget on your site.  We track every buyer, seller and agent who signs up through that widget.  Their customer number has your tag on it FOR LIFE.  Every dollar generated from that user, whether that user is a buyer, seller, or agent, will be shared with YOU.  We handle the billing and you simply receive payment.  Our revenue comes from both PRO user subscriptions and offer fees, thus giving you a reliable source of revenue.

Why is the revenue share so generous?
It's simple:  We want to avoid the complexity of the sell side MLS structure and invite everyone to be part of a central, open, and fair buy side listing service.  By offering an aggressive revenue share, we are able to build a community of buyers, sellers, and agents that is centralized and open.

Who gets what?
If an agent signs up to NationalBLS through your widget, we share the recurring revenue of the agent's membership and all the transactional fees from their offers.
If a buyer signs up through your site, every time they receive an offer, you get your share of the offer fee.
If a seller signs up through your site, every time they make an offer you get your share of the offer fee.
