About NationalBLS: The first national database of residential real estate buyers
NationalBLS is the first national database of prospective residential real estate buyers. We allow buyers to input their requirements for a home and anonymously broadcast those requirements to the web. Sellers in the market, or those thinking about entering the market, can find active able buyers and approach them privately through our system. We promote the use of real estate agents and brokers but also enable sellers to transact on their own.
Our primary focus is to create a central marketplace to increase liquidity in the residential real estate market for everyone's benefit. We intend to achieve this by partnering with all market participants.

NationalBLS reverses the traditional model of listing properties to fit the current down market by listing prospective buyers and publicly yet anonymously sharing this information. This national database of residential real estate buyers includes search functionality and a negotiation tool to allow sellers and buyers identify a suitable match. Duncan Logan, Founder & CEO - Duncan comes from a successful history of company startups. In 1997 he founded Citypro International Ltd, a leading European CRM reseller sold in 2000 to ASAP Plc where Duncan went on to become Group Managing Director. In 2002 Duncan joined MessageLabs and was one of the early team to help build the MessageLabs sales and channel strategy ending as a global vice president. MessageLabs was successfully sold to Symantec in 2008. Duncan is not a real estate agent or broker.

Nate Hennings, Director of Business Development - Nate joined Duncan in 2008 to help build out the NationalBLS strategy. Nate has a successful career and history working with startups in the Valley having previously worked for Lehman Brothers Venture Partners, Gabriel Venture Partners, and Seven Hills Partners. Nate is not a real estate agent or broker.

How we make money
We do not touch commission, we do not sell contact information, and we do not transact or broker properties. We are here to help you, not compete with you! NationalBLS drives revenue from three sources. First, we charge a small transaction fee to use the system and contact prospective buyers. Second, we charge a small recurring fee to be a members of our PRO service. We share both of these fees generously through our partner program. Finally, we may eventually place some non-invasive and highly relevant advertisement on parts of the site.
